We are always on the lookout for new people to join our team here. If you have done radio before, whether that is online or FM, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for talented presenters who are able to present a two hour weekly show (sorry monthly shows don’t fit with our weekly schedule) and interact with their audience. If you have a demo of a previous radio show you have done, then please send us a link so we are able to take a listen for ourselves. This could be a link to Mixcloud or Soundcloud, anywhere you like really. We would prefer our presenters to have and be able to use a mic when on air, so as to be able to interact with the audience. Please also tell us a little bit about yourself too, what experience you have, whether you have only done radio before, or if you have been a club/bar DJ etc.
Please note, we are not looking for pre-recorded shows at present, we are only looking for people who are able to present live weekly shows.
Genres: Club, House, Dance, Trance, Drum & Bass,reggae etc Mic required. Mixing skills preferred but not totally essential. Demo of previous radio show if possible. Able to present a live weekly show.
We will assume that you have a good stable broadband connection, without this you will not be able to stream to us! We will also assume that you have your own music collection, please note that YouTube rips or other poor quality downloads are no good… We will also assume that your PC is powerful enough to be able to do all the processing involved with streaming and DJ equipment such as VDJ etc (if it takes 10 minutes to boot up, it probably isn’t).
